Plateau, fish platter in stainless steel by Sambonet Roberto

The high-quality stainless steel flihbowl has multiple functions. Its original function allows it to be used for cooking fish en papillote, but it is repurposed as a serving tray for meals or as decorative objects. Shaped like a shuttle, it was designed in Italy by Roberto Sambonet, highlighting its form and design. The surface is polished and offers great shine. ‼️ The fish kettle has been used and the surface shows numerous scratches. Details have been photographed.
