Vintage design pendant light Hagoort 329 floor lamp Midmod

Rare suspended lamp from the sixties – Willem Hagoort for Hagoort Lampen Rotterdam. Impressive Dutch design from the 60s, designed by Willem Hagoort and produced by Hagoort Lampen Rotterdam (marked). This is model 329, an iconic floor lamp with a sleek and timeless design. The lamp features a weighted cast iron base, finished with the original matte black cover. A thin, solid chrome rod rises from the centre of the base, to which an ingenious scissor mechanism is attached. This mechanism holds two spots, which can be adjusted to different positions using a stainless steel adjustment screw. The lamp thus offers both direct focused light and indirect ambient lighting. The lamp has been carefully cleaned and treated with professional metal wax, preserving the chrome and finish as best as possible. Technically checked in its entirety and ready for immediate use. Considering its age, the lamp is in very good condition, with only slight signs of use on the base.
