Large handmade colourful rug, 325 x 190 cm - G1031

A large, joyful and expressive Moroccan rug, handwoven with a warm natural wool background and an eclectic mix of patterns inspired by colourful Amazigh designs. Diamonds, abstract lines, and small geometric symbols appear freely on the surface, giving the rug the spontaneous character of a textile artwork. At 325 cm long, its elongated proportions make it particularly beautiful in spacious living rooms, large bedrooms, or open-plan interiors where it can become a true focal point. Each rug is handwoven by Amazigh (Berber) artisans in a Moroccan cooperative, made from 100% natural sheep wool, woven on a traditional Berber loom, individually knotted and finished by hand, and completely unique. The warm natural ivory base is enlivened by a playful combination of fuchsia pink, turquoise, sky blue, deep cobalt blue, burnt orange, terracotta red, chocolate brown, charcoal black, soft grey, and dusty pink. The neutral wool background keeps the composition balanced, allowing the colours to stand out without the rug appearing too busy. Particularly beautiful in contemporary, eclectic, bohemian, Mediterranean, organic modern, mid-century modern, and Scandinavian interiors needing a touch of colour, and creative spaces.
