A pair of pink plia chairs by giancarlo piretti for anonymous castelli from the 1970s. In good and original condition. High-quality workmanship made of chrome-plated steel and acrylic. The seats and backrests are in a rare and sought after pink color. Pila chairs were first presented in 1967 at the fiera del mobile fair in milan and were a huge success. They have become a cult object and are often used in film productions and commercials. They are also on display at the moma in new york city. The chairs are signed.
