Modular side table, Moroccan tea, marquerie, vintage, 40s

Side table in inlaid marquerie from southern morocco. It was handcrafted from thuya wood with argan tree inlays. It is a table of very beautiful quality. Full of charm. It is composed of 3 pieces in drop of water that can harmoniously be embedded to form a single round coffee table. Each piece is signed by its creator. They were made in workshops in the essaouira region, a city famous for its work in elegant wood such as tuya, polished and inlaid with lemon wood and orange wood patterns. It is a magnificent work of precision. Size of a drop: 70 X 40 cm.
