Scandinavian chandelier in lacquered metal and glass by Erik Höglund and Boda Glasburk, for Holm Soresen

Erik höglund (1932-1998) and boda glasburk, sweden, distributor holm sorensen - denmark. Black lacquered metal chandelier, formed by 6 curved arms bearing false candles and joined to form a sheaf at the lower part of this chandelier, and 3 crowns of decreasing size when mounted, respectively 6 plates, 6 plates and at the top, 3 plates of transparent molded glass, amber or very light blue with nordic subjects: drakkar, rider, reindeer...; a chain connects the chandelier to the ram cover turned in the same black lacquered metal. Label "holm sorensen denmark" affixed to the inside of the ram cover. Around 1960. Small scratch on the ram cover. Dimensions and weight. Height without chain: 55 cm- diameter: 53.5 cm. Weight: 3.7 kg.
