This tall, transparent Windsor vase was designed by J.G Durand for the French manufacture Luminarc during the 1970s. Made of cut pressed glass Verrerie d'Arques. Art deco vase with geometric relief, solidly made. It will work in any arrangement. Signed "France". J.G. Durand is recognized as one of the 20th century's most innovative and versatile crystal glass producers. Established in 1927 near the French village of Arques, J. G. Durand was widely known and its glass tableware is still highly appreciated today. The author's inspiration to modernize the production was a trip to the United States in the early 1930s. Over the last two decades, the J.G. Durand has secured an unchanged position by taking over other renowned glass brands. Durand also took control of the glass giant Mikasa. Today, the name J.G. Durand has been replaced by Arc International. Luminarc is a French brand that has been producing high-quality crystal and glass products since 1948. Luminarc is already a tradition and its main feature is high quality and impact resistance. This vase is in original vintage condition. This offer is for one piece.
