Pair of italian 1950's night stands bed side tables

Remarkable and rare set of 2 night stands or bed side tables in the style of paolo buffa. The tables feature a floating glass shelf on top, a glass covered table top with a beautifully patterned green / silverish finish underneath the glass (take a good look at the detailed photos) and a drawer with copper door handle. The elegant legs are all fitted with a beautiful large copper shiny sabbot (boot). I have rarely seen pieces like this with this age look as good as these 2 do; they almost look as if they have not been used. The sabbots are shiny new, the wood has no scratches, stains or damages whatsoever and is finished with a still perfect high gloss transparent lacquer and the glass is like-new too.
