Thonet 1880 new cannages desk chair

Here there is a thonet seat; office chair says drehfauteuil which more readily means "presidential", it is adjustable in height and reclining back thanks to a spring system with blades mounted on two swivel axes. This chair was produced as early as 1866, and here it is in its 1875/82 version with a 1c label. The cannages have been completely refurbished while "feigned geflecht" as required by the tight distribution of the original holes. The screw is perfect, without play in the center pivot. Schellack-organic varnish with a walnut-supported tampon. Dimensions: width out of all: 60 cm, width and seat depth: 47 cm. The seating height can range from 44 to 50 cm, at a standard setting of 47 cm of seat height, the total height is 99 cm. Chair in perfect cabinet-making and operation.
