Beautiful antique solitaire game made of natural malachite, in an octagonal shape, consisting of a board made of finely assembled malachite plates and polished malachite balls. The stone features stunning deep green veins characteristic of natural malachite. Diameter: 25.5 cm - height 1.5 cm. Period: mid-20th century (circa 1950–1970). Quality decorative work, likely inspired by or of Russian/European origin. The board rests on felt pads. Complete set, in very good overall condition, with slight signs of use consistent with age. (1 ball has a small chip, see photos) An elegant and refined decorative object, ideal for collectors, mineral enthusiasts, or high-end decoration.
