Terrine pot Pillivuyt Mehun duck collar green Tierra del Fuego 50s vintage

Superb trompe-l'oeil terrine pot from the french manufacture pillivuyt. It represents a larger-than-life pâté en croûte, dating from the 50s, in ceramic decorated with a green collar head on top of the lid. The interior is made of white glazed porcelain. Under the pot, the stamp " pillivuyt france 744 ". Dimensions: 24 cm long / 12 cm wide / 15.5 cm height max (size 3). Weight: 1.125 kg. Good general condition, wear of use inside the pot, and a micro-shine of ceramic on an outside corner. This terrine will be superb in a kitchen to make succulent terrines and pâtés, or on a shelf to store sweets or other condiments!.
