Description
Superb pair of support consoles by artist Jean-Jacques Argueyrolles made in the early 90s. They are made of patinated wrought iron, with gold leaf gold-painted geometric decorations, each piece unique and handmade by the artist. They attach to the wall by 4 screws. Jean-Jacques Argueyrolles was born in 1954 near Paris, France. He describes his baroque creations as a result of the "Neo Art Nouveau" movement. He works with bronze, stone, iron, gold and wood, thinking and designing his furniture as sculptures.
