Vintage glass and chrome coffee table, circa 70's

Large vintage coffee table in chrome metal, and smoked glass top. The table is of german origin. The pure, simple and elegant design, typical of the 70s as well as the materials used, are reminiscent of the lines of designers such as sprunger, bredhol or hesterberg. The foot has four branches in the shape of an arc or sheaf. In very good original condition, has simply been gently cleaned to preserve its patina over time. Some slight marks and traces of use and time on the screws, but no rust or anything else. There are glides present under the base. The top is made of smoked colored tempered glass (the exact reference for this color for tempered glass is called bronze), it has gray or even light brown reflections depending on the brightness and viewing angle. The top is a little less than a meter in diameter and 6 mm thick. Its size will allow it to be a central piece and to sit in the middle of one or two sofas or lounge chairs. There are once again some traces of use and time on the tray and edge that I do not even dare to call scratches because the 2 present are so tiny (see photos). I put as many photos as possible to show the table as best as possible from all angles. The protective pads above the top to protect the glass are in perfect condition although the top is removable. This vintage table with an industrial or design look is stable, solid (the top weighs 11 kg and the leg 7 kg), will be perfect for any interior, both retro and contemporary.
