Pair French Antique Empire Double Wall Lights Eagle Head & Tazzle Detail 4573

Large pair of french antique empire style wall lights with eagle head and tassle detailthe tall backplates are decorated in a twisted rope effect with tassle detail to the bottom. The arms are also in a twisted rope effect with an eagle head detail where the arm attaches to the backplate. The arms lead to round raised candle drip holders and the candle drips are in cream. There is a fixing hole at the top of each sconce to attach it to the wall after it is installed. The sconces are in good antique condition with a deep time worn patina and marks to be expected. They have been cleaned but not polished so you can decide on their finish. There are wired with french twin core wiring and take 2 small screws in e14 bulbs each.
