Chair and armchair medallion, Louis XVI style, circa 1950

Set chair and armchair "cabriolet" with medallion back in carved and lacquered wood. They rest on four fluted and filled feet. The cross member is curved. The armrests are threaded and connected to the seat by dice fittings decorated with floral motifs. Both pieces are covered with embossed velvet.
