Small Danish teak sideboard with 5 drawers, 1950s

A graceful mid-century teak sideboard with five drawers designed in the 1960s will enrich any bedroom or living room with a classic danish design. Very functional and elegant, with asymmetrically placed drawers, will perfectly embellish any interior with the mid-century design. Brass detail under the drawers adds elegance and charm. The vintage sideboard features five drawers, three narrower on the left and two wider on the right, all with recessed solid wood handles and beautifully continuous wood grain. It stands on tapered solid teak legs, emphasizing its scandinavian origin. They are detachable for more convenient transport. Our team checked the dresser thoroughly. The drawers are clean and work smoothly. Occasionally, we have to sand down and refinish the most used parts (if they are badly scratched). Here, we have only rejuvenated the wood with danish oil. We leave minor signs of use that do not spoil the aesthetic and only confirm its originality. We try to bring furniture back to its best look, still considering they are 60 years old.
