Superb vintage vase in Spanish ceramic, signed Fco. Figueras - La Bisbal - Made in Spain, from the Francisco Figueras factory in Catalonia. This piece features a generous silhouette, a flared neck, and a patinated bronze green finish with dark shades reminiscent of ancient bronze. Its original decoration combines two stylized relief figures, positioned opposite each other on the body, along with plant motifs. Their postures evoke traditional Spanish dancers. The work on the reliefs and the contrasts of materials give it a brutalist aesthetic characteristic of certain decorative ceramics from the 20th century.
