Chair "Plia" by Giancarlo Piretti for Castelli plexi

Very nice plia model chair, were designed by giancarlo piretti for castelli in italy in the 1970s. The plia chair is the modern version of the traditional foldable wooden chair, but it has a polished aluminum structure and a seat and backrest made of smoked transparent molded plexiglass, which opens easily thanks to an effective mechanism. Once closed, each chair is a compact unit that measures only 4 cm. With rounded corners and edges and intended for indoor and outdoor use, it didn't take long to become popular thanks to its lightness and flexibility. This one is in good original condition, with some slight scratches in the plastic.
