Pair of Scandinavian teak beds attr. to Sannemanns Møbelfabrik, Denmamrk

This pair of scandinavian teak single beds was most likely created by sannemanns møbelfabrik, a renowned danish furniture manufacturer. Although the label has not survived, the distinctive shape of the headboard and the craftsmanship are reminiscent of their designs from the 1960s. This particular bed exemplifies the brand’s mastery of design. It features a sleek, minimalist silhouette with a sturdy teak frame showcasing the warm tones and rich grain patterns characteristic of this prized material. A special feature of the beds is the gently rounded solid wood slats that elegantly frame the headboard and the footboard, giving them a characteristic shape. The teak beds’ frames are in excellent original condition, with only minimal signs of use consistent with its age. To ensure maximum stability and sleep comfort, we replaced the old mattress support frames, which are an essential part of the beds’ structure. The wooden frames have been cleaned and refreshed with professional compounds to enhance the wood’s beauty. Please note that the beds do not come with mattresses.
