Beautiful set of two original RZB Leuchten wall or ceiling lights produced in Germany in the 1970s. The lamps are made of hand-blown bubble glass on an aluminium base. The characteristic bubble structure in the glass provides an atmospheric, warm light distribution and gives each lamp a unique character. In appearance, the lamps are very similar to lamps by Peill & Putzler, Hillebrand or Glashutte from the same period. These Space Age lamps can be used as both wall lamps and ceiling lamps. The set is in very neat vintage condition. Both glass shades are free of chips and cracks and the aluminium shows only light signs of use appropriate to the age.
