We are offering for sale this Victorian antique two-seater sofa from 1880 by Howard & Son, completely original and stamped, ready for upholstery. It retains all the manufacturer's original marks, including the order number on the left rear leg, the central torsion bar, and the stamped Howard & Son's LTD London castors. The sofa is finished with a base fabric in oat colour (calico), ready to receive your choice of upholstery. The structure is in perfect condition, with the wood cleaned, waxed, and polished. The fabric is a bit worn but still usable. This sofa is perfect for lovers of fine English furniture and exudes a country house charm.
