Ceramic butter dish, stoneware

Large butter dish for rolled butter from the 1970s. Suitable for food, for serving and storing, also handy for cheese or other goodies. Primitive, rustic design, hand-painted blue decor with large etched writing. The ceramic jar is a classic and in the german kitchen it was often found on the kitchen cupboard next to other farmer's ceramics.
