Baccarat trivet

Elegant crystal trivet attributed to the Baccarat house, dating from the Art Nouveau period, early 20th century. This beautiful piece captivates with its flowing lines and rich engraved decoration of scrolls and stylised floral motifs, characteristic of the Art Nouveau aesthetic. The craftsmanship of the crystal reveals great finesse with superb sculpted details and a lovely play of light. Resting on four small feet, this trivet will add a refined touch to an elegant table or can also be repurposed as a decorative object. Unsigned piece, as is common for some older productions from Baccarat of this era. Overall good condition with a few light usage scratches on the top, without any chips or cracks.
