Swivel table mirror in golden metal

Period: ca. 1940-1960. A swivel mirror with pretty gold metal details. The rotating oval frame is adorned with console patterns and is held by supports. The foot has rococo-esque decorations. The gilding is still very present but has thinned in places giving it a charming aged appearance. The mirror has an eclectic look of the late nineteenth century, but was probably made around the 1940s - 1960s in series. Probably of french or italian origin. State: Ok. The gilding has thinned in places and there are signs of oxidation. There is a small surface scale barely visible on the mirror (see photo) and some darker spots.
