Description
Scandinavian industrial chair manufactured by AB Odelberg & Olson, a company founded in Stockholm in 1884 by Anders Olson and John Odelberg. Swedish design attributed to Elias Svedberg in 1948 who is known for his furniture distributed in particular by the famous brand NK (Nordiska Kompaniet). This industrial chair made of birch and steel plywood was also published by Knoll and is now on display at MOMA in New York. This copy comes from a former textile factory in western Sweden. The whole is in good condition and has a very nice patina. It is one of the few copies mounted on wheels that are functional and in good condition. One roulette wheel has been replaced by another more recent roulette model. The chair rotates 360 degrees, the seat is adjustable in height and the backrest adjustable in height and inclination. The chair has been cleaned and maintained in our workshop in Sweden taking care to keep its unique patina and it is perfectly usable and ready to join its new owner. Regular deliveries to Paris from our store in Sweden. Home deliveries by specialized carrier throughout Europe, price on request.
