Liceo hanging light creates a dramatic glow reminiscent of a fireball, which lends a sumptuous elegance to the most prestigious places. The lamp was designed in 1999 for the restoration of liceo, the great opera house of barcelona. A hollow bronze mesh lampshade, pleated by hand, is attached to a steel tree and incorporates a large source of light at the bottom of a bronze/polished brass bowl. The bulb is a 30 watt led equivalent to a 300-watt halogen.
