Elegant Louis XVI style accent piece, typical of the early 20th century. ● Structure and style: The piece rests on four turned and fluted legs, characteristic of the Louis XVI style. The vertical fluting is also found on the uprights, giving it an elegant and balanced appearance. A small carved frieze connects the legs to the lower part, adding a fine decorative touch. ● Materials: It is made of walnut wood with a veined green and white marble top, typical of bourgeois bedroom or living room furniture from the early 20th century. ● Features: At the top, a drawer with a brass knob. Below, an open niche on each side. In the middle, a moulded door adorned with a carved floral motif, concealing a small storage compartment. ● General condition: The piece has been fully restored and then varnished to enhance the natural patina of the walnut wood.
