Magnificent cast iron and wood desk decorated with carved sphinxes. Mythical creatures with busts of women, bodies of lions and wings of birds. Feminine sphinx. Its top is made of cast iron and wood covered with a brown leather top with gold edges (light traces of wear). Wrought iron x-shaped spacer. Perfect stability. Opening in a belt with a drawer with a bronze pull. This elegant desk is accompanied by its wrought iron chair with front legs decorated with sculpted sphinxes. Covered with original fabric (good seat but fabrics need refreshing) lack of paint in places on the backrest see photo half.
