Teak sideboard, denmark 1960s/70s, vintage, mid-c modern

A very neat sideboard produced in the 1960s/70s in denmark. The chest of drawers is finished with teak veneer and mounted on solid teak legs stabilized with nicely shaped slats. The edges are made of darker teak wood, which adds dimension to the whole and gently contrasts with the lighter rest of the veneer. Danish design is characterized by elegant, clean lines, and the charm of the chest of drawers also includes door handles made of solid teak and undercut drawer fronts, which add a sublime "flavor" to the whole. Two pairs of sliding doors - a larger one, behind which there are height-adjustable shelves, and a smaller one, behind which there is an elegant bar with a glazed rear wall with a pattern. Additionally, there are 3 drawers in the middle part. The piece of furniture is massive, solid, fully functional, very roomy, and the doors and drawers move smoothly. The chest of drawers has been renovated, including cleaning of old coatings, light staining to even out the color, replenishing the veneer and re-protecting it with several layers of hard oil-wax resistant to dirt and water.
