Small side table, pedestal table or occasional furniture in black and white petrified wood. Petrified wood is a wood fossil (same family as magnolia) dating back 20 million years. Silica replaced the wood fiber molecule by molecule, giving silicified wood. Fossilization is slow, which makes it possible to distinguish the patterns of the trees.
