This is an antique tea set made in the 1940s in england by price kensington. This service is rare. It has 5 pieces: a teapot, two cups with handles with saucers, a sugar bowl and a creamer. These rooms represent charming traditional english houses with thatched roofs. The glaze is shiny. They were made of embossed ceramic hand-painted in bright colors. They all bear the 'price kensington' made in england stamp and are numbered. This set will make an excellent decoration during a tea, as a decoration in your kitchen or living room. It will also seduce collectors and make an original gift. In good condition. This service is old. The parts have some normal cracks due to time. Note: a stain inside on the first cup and a slight crack on the second cup, a slight crack in the teapot spout. (see photos) Measurements of the teapot: from the end of the handle to the end of the spout: 21 cm, height: 13 cm, depth: 8.5 cm. Creamer measurement: height: 7 cm, length from spout to handle: 11.5 cm. Sugar bowl measurement: height: 13 cm, width: 8 cm. Measurement of cups with saucers: height: 10 cm, saucer diameter: 14 cm. Total weight: 2kg310. It is a wonderful collector's item. Sold as is.
