Porcelain ashtray China Canton factories flags France Denmark

✨️ Beautiful rectangular ashtray made of hand-painted Chinese porcelain. ✨️ In the center, a lively scene of the European trading posts in Canton (the "factories") by the Pearl River: boats, porters, merchants, and Danish, Austrian, and French flags. ✨️ Wide border of orange patterns finely edged in gold. ✨️ It can also serve as an entryway catch-all, a jewelry dish, or a key tray. ✨️ Red seal under the base. Vintage, Chinese-made, in the style of export porcelain from the East India Company. ✨️ Dimensions approximately 17 X 19.2 cm. ✨️ Condition: very good overall condition. Slight signs of use.
