Coffee Table With Chess Top Board & Full Chess Set, Czechoslovakia 1940s

Beautiful vintage coffee table with a chess top board. Simply a beautiful piece! Produced in czechoslovakia in 1940s and used up until recently. The chessboard is inlayed in veneer of different color to create the typical design. Beautiful veneer details and beautiful patina on the wood. When you slide the top board to the side, it opens up a drawer with original chess set. The set is made of wood. Some signs of use on the set. You can then play chess or open the table up and make it into a large cofee table/ dining table, as it is 120 cm long and can serve a few more people. The table is in very good condition with only some patina. Trully a lovely vintage piece.
