Decotec towel holder

White metal towel rack from the french manufacturer decotec. Made in france in the 80s, its sleek design stems from the post-modern era. This towel rack (which can have several functions other than this one) has 3 pivoting arms from its base which can turn separately. In good condition, it has very slight signs of wear on the top of the first branch as well as on the sides of the foot. (see photos).
