Large Italian pendant light (diameter 50 cm) orange and white Space Age 1960s

Rare acrylic pendant light from the italian space age (ufo), large orange and white globe (diameter 50 cm/19.7 inches) dating from the 1960s. The structure is in chrome-plated steel and aluminum, two half-spheres in acrylic material.stainless steel suspension cable, new electrical cable. Very good condition, some traces of the past. The lighting system has been modernized by replacing the two fluorescent tubes (originally) with a double system of led panels (56w white part/18w orange part) ensuring up to 90% consumption savings while having an ultra efficient (6250 lumen) and optimal illuminant., lighting color 6500k. The power supply for the led panels is 220 volts, in case of interest if you are located in a country using 110 volts, be aware that you will have to change the two small transformers (around $7/pc) inside the the lamp powering the led panels. Globe dimensions 50 cm: 19.7 inches, candlestick height (adjustable) 110 cm: 43 inches.
