Suspension Space Age orange attributed to Dijkstra Lampen.

Superb vintage suspension from the 1970s, in a Space Age / Pop design spirit, attributed to Dijkstra Lampen, a Dutch manufacturer renowned for its modern and colourful lighting from this period. The lamp features a very beautiful saucer-shaped shade, with a highly decorative glossy orange finish. The chrome details, black spiral cable, and lower metal ring give it a typical 70s design look. It is equipped with an Italian Rolly height-adjustable system dated 1973, allowing for easy adjustment of the suspension height according to use: above a table, in a kitchen, a dining room, or a contemporary vintage interior. I would say the minimum height is 40 cm, adjustable up to +/- 80 cm. Very striking visual presence, bright colour, and iconic shape. An ideal piece to add a retro, pop, and design touch to an interior. Condition. Good overall vintage condition. Normal signs of use related to age: slight marks on the shade, small traces on the chrome.
