Golden antique mirror with leaf and bright king blue

Old gilded mirror with gold leaf, late 19th middle 20th. Mounted wooden structure with stucco décor. The missing parts of stucco create accidents that have been filled with a bright and bright king blue lac laca. The color is matte and very bright, identical to the photos! The contrast of gold and bright blue is beautiful and unexpected. When you have the object under your eyes in real life, the parts in blue appear flat (even if they are not) which creates a very nice effect with the rich and complex volume of the gold décor. In reality, gold is also shiny in many places. The blue lacque has been applied conscientiously, on the photo zooms, it sometimes appears as bumpy and grainy, it simply follows the irregularities of the dilapidated stucco underneath. The blue is so deep anyway that the colored parts appear to the eye almost as flat. Blue lacnae is of high quality, it is not a vulgar gouache.
