S45 Chair Pierre Chapo

Elm chair model "S45" by the great French designer Pierre Chapo (1927-1987) at the end of the 1960s (1969). The "S45" chair is part of the "Chlacc" series, a patented manufacturing process which involves assembling small sections of wood using glue. This process allowed Chapo to design lightweight furniture with slender lines, which became a classic of French design and is still highly sought after by collectors and design enthusiasts today.
