Old shaped piece, a teapot, in silver-plated metal, foliage embossed decoration, signed Thomas Turner (England, South Yorkshire, Sheffield), 1950s. Debossed mark under the object: “ENCORE / T. TURNER & C ° / EPBM / 8 1 6 / 3” (EPBM for “Electroplated Britannia Metal”, electroplating process) Height 17.7 cm; length 21.5 cm; width 9.3 cm; weight 459 g. Condition of use. Some dents. Silver plating partially missing. Small lid grip button missing. This “vintage teapot” of English origin has poured liters of it, of course. She's in her juices! How can it be otherwise when we know the English's love for this drink... Don't wait for tea time, give your interior decor a retro, worn and outdated charm, so British!
