Vintage box in wood and brass

Pretty little vintage wooden box with brass marquetry. A beautiful little brass parrot / parakeet is visible on the lid which adds to the charm of the box. It can be used as a jewelry box, a small storage compartment... The box is in its original condition, with some marks, scratches and wear from time. Two small pieces of wood which come off slightly but which do not interfere, it is mainly visual (see photos).
