Pitcher in chamotte earthenware, Accolay circa 1960

Pitcher with a wide handle by the Accolay collective, created by four former students of Alexandre Kostanda, which became one of the largest ceramic production centers in France between 1945 and 1983. In chamotte earthenware with striated decoration, it is enameled in speckled terracotta red tones and speckled black interior with blue. Signature incised under the Accolay base. Circa 1960.
