Pair of small "egg coddlers", floral pattern in pastel tones, presented in their original box, with tips for use / recipe. Dimension of each egg coddler = diameter 5 cm X height 9 cm. Vintage 1970' made in england. Perfect condition! A little shock under the cardboard. Popular in europe late nineteenth century; officially referenced in the catalogue of the english factory royal worcester from 1910. New material invented in 1931 = "fireproof cooking porcelain", to manufacture oven-to-table items, resistant to thermal shocks.
