Folding side table in turned wood and marquetry circa 30's/40's

Nice size vintage/art deco folding side table. Can be used as a wall console/serving table/turn of the century, circa 30s/40s. The table is made of walnut with walnut veneer and two-tone decorative marquetry patterns. The edge of the top is carved like waves. The base and legs of the table have a beautiful turned wood design, typical of the early 20th century. The table is in good, original and vintage condition overall, with some light marks, signs of age and previous use commensurate with time, as well as a patina of age, on the top (see photos next to the 1 cent coin), edges, legs and leg tips as well as patina of age and time and slightly discolored areas (see photos). Note: some partial re-veneering under the top due to missing veneer in some areas (see photos) but nothing visible once the table is opened. To open the table, while holding the bar with one hand, tilt the top slightly outwards, gently pull it upwards, then place it on the bar to secure it in position in the inserts/hooks.
