Pair of Bow Wood armchairs by Steiner from the 50s/60s

Superb pair of armchairs circa 1960. Bow wood model designed by hugues steiner and published by steiner. Inverted u-shaped base in thermo-curved stained and satin varnished beech wood supporting a seat and back with flat springs covered in a slightly mottled natural ecru fabric. Pair completely redone by an upholsterer especially for its sale. Height at the backrest 70 cm, at the center of the armrests 56 cm, from the seat 43 cm at the front and 33 cm at the bottom, width 56 cm, depth 73 cm. Quite emblematic of the design of the 60s, these 2 armchairs are obviously in impeccable condition. They will bring a refined vintage touch that can go with all decorations, whether in a living room or even a bedroom.
