Serving trolley attributed to Mathieu Matégot in perforated metal

Mathieu Matégot's perforated metal serving trolley. I haven't seen the stamp or signature. It comes with a removable tray, magazine rack, and plant holder. No dents or missing parts. One wheel needs oiling; it's seized. It needs sanding and a new paint job, and it'll be perfect.
