Superb and unusual pair of tapestry estimated from the 1900s representing a young lady and a mustachioed knight from the middle ages. Very decorative, the characters are surrounded by friezes with plant motifs, a coat of arms and illumination-style titling. Not unlike the shape of a banner, they will be perfect for framing a window, a sideboard, a coat of arms or even at both ends of a corridor. Their thick molded wooden frame ensures robustness and presence. Shades of beige and brown that combine easily with other colors. Rare and immeasurable pieces for seasoned medievalists!
