Superb and unusual pair of tapestries estimated to be from the 1900s representing a young lady and a mustachioed knight from the middle ages. Very decorative, the characters are surrounded by friezes with plant motifs, a coat of arms and an illuminated-style title. Not unlike a banner shape, they will be perfect for framing a window, a sideboard, a coat of arms or even at both ends of a corridor. Their thick molded wooden frame ensures robustness and presence.
