Capiz "mother of pearl" shell hanging pendant, 1970s

A wonderful wood and capiz shell hanging pendant probably from germany although the capiz shells obviously are from the philippines. This lamp is overall in a used and vintage condition, all the shells are without any damage or chips, the wood is patinated over time and the only noticeable thing is that the bottom wooden ring doesn't completely line up with the bottom but hardly noticeable.
