Moynat trunk late 19th century

Very rare commodial malle from the moynat brand. Dated late 19th century, more precisely around 1870 by expert. Blue label "moynat travel malles 5, place of theatre francais, 5 - opera avenue, 1 paris" inside the lid. Brass plate "malles englands moynat no.1 avenue of opera" fixed by 2 nails on the front of the lid. Covered with brown coated canvas. Monogram j.b. Brass jewellery. 1 key. Iron handles. Painted iron cornices. 4 brass roulettes. Watch out for the lid: Outdoors: a slot has been refilled, old restoration (photo 9) Inside: same unfilled slit (photo 10) Lined interior with red frame. Old scorers and water trails. Shooting discovering: 1 large removable basket and 4 drawers with fabric handles.
