Description: This delightful cabinet was designed and produced by british furniture manufacturing company g-plan in the mid-twentieth century. G plan - e. Gomme ltd was based in high wycombe, england, a major center of british furniture manufacturing. The company was revered for its range of high-quality sideboards, tables, and other cabinet goods and for pioneering the concept of furniture sets designed and made to match. The popular 'fresco' cabinet has been mounted on metal hairpin legs creating the perfect blend in style between contemporary and mid-century modern. The sideboard has two spacious double cupboards. The piece has a beautiful teak grain, warm tones, and rich colors throughout. Item sku: Condition: We have carefully cleaned and re-polished this sideboard to preserve its natural original appearance. The top of the sideboard has been stripped and refinished with two coats of danish oil and a coat of hard wax for a durable finish.
